  SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  Lead a cutting-edge, award-winning global partnerships team, overseeing the pitching, development and execution of all Theatrical partnerships for the Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group. This includes leading the strategic planning, business development, pitching, negotiation and execution associated with all partnerships in the U.S. as well as managing the partnerships process in 60+ territories across the world. Work closely and seamlessly with the Media, Consumer Products and Digital Marketing Teams to ensure the development of holistic, fully integrated partnerships that deliver significant media value, licensing opportunity and travel digitally. Manage a global partnerships team based in the US as well as overseeing individual territory operations and directing all third party agencies Foster and manage relationships with internal WB Business Units and WB Executives, Filmmakers, Talent, Film Rights Stakeholders, Production Partners as well as senior level marketing/promotion executives at Fortune 500 brands and their agencies.

  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  In collaboration with EVP, WW Marketing, develop and execute against established promotional strategies for theatrical releases in order to maximize incremental paid media and drive meaningful social volume / earned media.Pitch, negotiate and oversee execution of brand partnership deals on a global basis.Oversee and direct promotional outreach and associated activity in the International markets to ensure meaningful support for our films in the key box office markets. Strategize with Production Resources to identify, develop and leverage any placement opportunities that can result in meaningful back-end promotional deals as well as cash fees to the studio.Work in partnership with the WBD Ad Sales team to identify opportunities for further collaboration between partners and clients to drive maximum value for the company Focus on building strong relationships with key established and emerging brands in order to develop long-term strategic alliances as well as break new ground and bring partners to the table we have not worked with in past. Oversee the team on development of all pitch materials including sizzle reels, pitch decks, promotional concepts, etc. associated with assigned films. Oversee worldwide execution on assigned films and continually strive to maximize efficiencies in the execution process for U.S. and all international deals. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with filmmakers and oversee the overall approval process with filmmakers and talent associated with the brand partnerships. Work with home entertainment and streaming teams to ensure a seamless "lifecycle" approach to partnerships wherever possible

  JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS

  A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.Ability to demonstrate high quality contacts and relationships among the global/regional/local corporate community with specific emphasis on digital-forward and emerging business partners.

  WORK EXPERIENCE

  Must have 15 plus years of 3rd party promotions experience, with a minimum of ten years senior level experience at a studio or entertainment agency.Direct experience negotiating and reviewing promotional contracts. Strong preference for promotions experience associated with film properties.Strong working knowledge and direct hands-on experience associated with digital/social media space.

  SKILLS

  Excellent at presentations and story-telling. Critical that candidate is able to bring our films to life for potential promotional partners.Strong creative aesthetic.Team player, able to juggle multiple projects and able to manage high stress situations.Excellent inter-personal, account service and communication skills.Strong comprehension of legal contracts.

  In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $227,500.00 - $422,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
