The Business
The WTW Rewards Data & Intelligence Practice (RDI) is a leading provider of compensation, benefits and employment practices information to the global employer community. Covering more than 100 countries from our data centres across six continents, we annually compile reports on the remuneration, benefits and employment practices of local and multinational companies.

The Role
Primarily providing survey and compensation consulting to the RDI clients, the role will be assisting the growth and profitability of the unit by being responsible for:client relationships, managing and expanding a group of existing clients as well as soliciting prospect clients - Clients will have varying sector and geographic market coverage
analyzing and understanding the market data and assisting in various aspects of survey publication, including the creation of intellectual capital
delivery of compensation based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys
Working across internal practices to foster a collaborative approach to support clients’ compensation and benefits objectives
Driving the domestic and possible global growth of noted sector survey(s).
Performance objectives are:
Excellence
Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)
Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards
Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
Client
Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums
Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements – using a depth of experience to solve complex client data problems
Accountable for RDI advisory projects
Working with other consultants and the survey production team to deliver on surveys and projects to meet or exceed client expectations by producing project plans and activity schedules, supporting job matching, pay assessments, compensation reviews, managing project correspondence, meeting notes, etc.
Act as a RDI representative on complex cross-practice consulting work
Financial
Leading the acquisition of new large complex clients and financial growth for existing clients with survey pricing
Support and drive the revenue growth of overall allocated industry sector or surveys
People
Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Work closely with Customer Services teams for end to end account management
The Requirements
Good organisational skills; planning and organising work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities
To be self-sufficient and manage own workload, asking for support as required and a good team player.
Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.
A good understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills – comfortable communicating with senior managers
Experience in data management (perhaps gained through the management of an HR system or pay review process) or experience through survey or compensation consulting and be numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills.
Will have a good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possibly have some experience working with databases or statistical software
