　　MicroStation

　　Survey Technician

　　in our Phoenix office.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Prepare right-of-way plans, boundary plats, various exhibits, topographic mapping and digital terrain models for public projects.

　　Reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site related information.

　　Work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements.

　　Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.

　　Effective verbal and written communication skills.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.

　　LSIT certification preferred but not required.

　　Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.

　　Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
