　　Summary:Supervises daily staff activities for Rehabilitative Services.

　　Work Schedule: Full Time Days

　　Responsibilities:

　　Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

　　Completes performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.

　　Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

　　Performs responsibilities of underlying job. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

　　Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Healthcare Administration or Business.

　　Required Licensure/Certification: Current State Physical Therapy license, or Colorado Occupational Therapy registration, or Speech Therapist certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

　　Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

　　The pay range for this position is: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
