　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

　　• Identify Production needs through the observation and analysis of generated information

　　• Able to develop in high pressure environments

　　• Self-organized and analytical capabilities

　　• Able to coordinate and monitor people in the production floor

　　• Follow up to execution against the production plan previously defined

　　• Able to work against objectives

　　• Decision making and needed actions to maintain KPI’s

　　Qualifications

　　• 3+ years of experience as production supervisor

　　• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.

　　• Experince and knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction.

　　• Systems management, SAP or other ERP’s

　　• Office tools such Excel, Power Point

　　• Conflicts management
