　　Job Summary

　　Performs complex secretarial duties, and is responsible for the facilitation and specialized support of Avera eEmergency/Transfer Center and eHospitalist. This includes scheduling, data entry management, password management, computer troubleshooting and time/attendance with minimal supervision. Also provides guidance to other staff regarding workflow and efficiency with clerical software functions. This includes maintaining highly confidential information necessary to credential and privelege eCARE practitioners in mutiple states and hospitals.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High School diploma or GED required.

　　Business background and one year of Medical secretarial school preferred.

　　Two or more years of secretarial experience in similar work environment required.

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
