　　About the Role

　　The Houseperson is a crucial role that aides the housekeeping team to ensure that standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent and efficient basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

　　Some of the responsibilities include:

　　•Ensure housekeeping pantries are consistently stocked with supplies

　　•Empty dirty linen and trash from room attendant carts and take to the appropriate location.

　　•Check closets and clean as necessary.

　　•Respond to guest requests in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

　　•Report any items in need of repair.

　　•Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

　　Qualifications:

　　•Housekeeping experience preferred.

　　•Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.

　　•Clear and pleasant communications skills
