Responsibilities Maintains, manages and administers the support (i.e., supply, warehouse, property book, security, maintenance) functions in support of a NAFI or MWR program. Assures that accountability is maintained and recorded in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines. Establishes and/or adheres to established internal control guidelines. Supervises and directs the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment and supplies. Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with key command staff elements, MWR Specialists and supporting organizations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Experience that demonstrates the knowledge, methods and procedures required to manage and perform the multiple functions described above. In addition to the above, highly-qualified candidates will possess the following: Possess work experience in a military environment. Possess a background in logistics with experience in property accountability. Possess a general facility maintenance experience.
