　　Your key responsibilities

　　Member of the Planning Center of Excellence focused on Supply Planning: Material Planning, Capacity Planning and Inventory Planning.

　　Identify and drive the fundamental changes necessary to orient behavior of planning teams towards customer needs and ensure sustainable performance aligned with business requirements

　　Participate in the transformation of supply chain with agile, with a strong process culture & growth mindset in a continous improvement environment.

　　Partner with the business units to provide consultancy, translate the business needs into requirements.

　　Lead the implementation of Supply Planning Projects on all its phases, from active participation on the definition to define adoption PPI's.

　　Participate on the definition of process standards, benchmarking, ensure adoption and process auditing adding value as per his/her previous expertise.

　　Provide support to the different process on the center of excellence specially: material planning and capacity planning and to the Supply Planning Master Data and Planning Parameters definition.

　　You bring

　　10+ years of demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Planning, specially Material and Capacity Planning.

　　Strong capability for working in multinational, multicultural, inter-departmental teams.

　　Exensive project management skills in succesull planning implementations.

　　Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly. Being eager to connect with the business leads, digital and tech or any other stakeholder of the group.

　　Extensive expertise on Advanced Planning Tools, preferable Kinaxis,APO, and SAP ECC including Planning Master Data knowledge.

　　Expertise on people management based on different countries.
