Job Main Scope:
Supply planning for approximately an assigned brand(s)/category, balance between the main factories in the network, and the associated production lines, plus Distribution Centers. Interface with material planners, plant scheduler, demand planner(s), assistant marketing managers, quality managers, and the Master Data team.
Manage the Planning systems.
Lead various initiatives that will demonstrate leadership, experience, and capability in role.
Job Main Responsibilities:
Execute the supply planning process of inventory planning and the development of master production plan.
Key interface between demand planning, supply management, the factories, Strategic planning, and capabilities, and logistics/deployment.
Prepare Master Plan using SAP APO, and any other planning tools.
Manages and supports projects that are within the brand, i.e. innovations, renovations, transitions, capacity planning, and Value Improvement Programs.
Key member of the Category teams and Run Strategy reviews with the factories.
Responsible for SKU/Item setups with the Master Data teams, Factories, and other related parties.
Developing the supply plan to support the business objectives of the brand/category group, focused around the tactical window, while supporting the initiatives from the Strategic & Innovation teams.
Setting up new items/sku’s in SAP APO systems to model shipments and production.
Control inventory while protecting customer service through coordination with stock replenishment and operations.
Main interface between GTM Demand and the Manufacturing sites.
Establishing the means to plan and ensure smooth running of Supply Chain activities and manage contingencies across external and internal boundaries of the business.
Deliver required levels of customer service and are responsive to Market Changes and Brand Innovation.
Develop integrated systems to ensure timely and optimal material flow from procurement to inventory.
Driving delivery performance and stock levels within production environment and supporting multiple production sites, own and 3rd party warehouses whilst reducing business waste, generating cost savings, satisfying customer service and quality requirements through the implementation of warehousing strategy and the use of logistics providers and warehouse & distribution facilities.
Using UMS to minimize the losses.
Job Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2-4 years of work experience in Planning or Supply Chain experience
Proficiency in PC based software tools (Microsoft Office Suite), SAP, APO (preferred), Manugistics (not required), ESSBASE
Digital proficiency in PowerBI.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong command of the English Language.
