This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the U.S. except Montana, New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
The Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain information systems. Collaborating closely with internal supply chain stakeholders, including Inventory Analysts, Demand Planners, Inventory Control, Supplier Compliance, and Categories teams, the manager facilitates collaboration to understand collective business requirements. They play a key role in driving process improvements to ensure success for all teams, from requirements gathering to developing optimal systems and information management processes. This leadership position involves leading and developing cross-functional teams within Category, Sales, and Supply Chain. Additionally, the manager guides the Material data team, ensuring data integrity and maintenance as the SAP dada gatekeeper. Leading the Supply Chain Material Planning team, they ensure adherence to the development process for Proprietary products, supporting timely orders and meeting compliance standards. Overall, the Supply Chain Systems Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing responsibilities and creating clear team responsibilities.
Primary Duties include:
Lead, development and implementation of supply chain analysis and tools including [40%]
Development of supplier management expectations, dashboard, communication, and performance plan.
Templates, Automation, Team Management, Overall Project Management, Knowledge Management, Process Management
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Plan procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution. Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to ensure business benefits are realized.
Lead change management and cultural shift from weekly batch and queue environment to daily flow.
Direct leadership of Material Data team and Supply Chain Material Planners [20%]
Manage and direct work for employees
Identifying areas of integration and enhancements to meet business needs
Developing team, coaching and mentoring, one-one, and performance feedback
Own and provide support for the Supply Chain and Brands operational/systems processes [20%]
Build, develop, maintain operational and systems process that meet business enhancements
Training and educating teams on processes and activity flows
Ensure process changes will be successful for global QBP and all stakeholders.
Systems = SAP, Anaplan, SharePoint
Create, Maintain, and execute a 2-5 year vision for the Supply Chain operational systems (SAP and S&OP software) based on requirements established in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Brands Leadership Team [10%]
Lead organization SAP business planning and integration management process [10%]
Liaison with IT on process improvements and priority for Operational systems.
Owner of reporting and tools that enables Supply Chain to make informed decisions related to forecasting, routing and consignment strategies

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of relevant experience in an Operational leadership role
Exceptional knowledge of software systems (i.e. S&OP software, SAP, Excel)
Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret business objectives and translate into operational metrics
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to present effectively in front of large groups of people including management levels
Demonstrated strong leadership skills – model the way, takes initiative, be proactive and enroll others in QBP vision and values.
Strategic thinker – develop strategies and tactics to solve complex problems in an ambiguous world.
Knowledge and effective use of inventory best business practices, experience with emphasis on maximizing fill rates, inventory turns and managing inventory investment.
