Mortenson hasbeen voted a "best place to work" 40 times regionally over the past decade......what are you waiting for?!Summary:Responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the EquipmentSolutions organization, with anemphasis on building customer relationships. This position plays an integralrole in managing a wide range of processes on behalf of the Project teams,Equipment Facility Teams, Buyers, and ESM HQ Leadership (EquipmentManagement, Procurement, and Manufacturing). The base compensation forthis role is $68,900 - $93,000.Hiring Location: Henderson, COWhat You Will Be Doing?High quality, professional work product performed with initiative,productivity, a positive attitude and behavior.Team members should cooperate with others in a team environment, acceptdirection from supervisors, follow work rules and procedures, havepunctual and consistent attendance, and accept constructive feedback.Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, andaccountabilities of the position.All team members are responsible for supporting an inclusive work environmentalong with affirmative action and employment related goals and requirements.Team members should align with and contribute to theMortenson values and ethical standards as stated in the Mortenson Code ofEthics and Business Conduct and understand and abide by the procedures andpractices outlined in the Mortenson Operations Manual.How Will You Succeed?Follow established procedures in relation to receiving and processingequipment facility orders and returns from the field Source equipmentinternally and through 3rd party rental and service suppliers.Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals.Reconcile and process the billing of contracts, invoices, and work ordersdaily.Support electronic Inventory Management.Support physical Inventory Management on project sites or within equipmentfacilities.Update and change, as needed, Task Code and Off-Rent date with input fromproject teams (customers).Responsible for Inventory Management reporting to teams, which includesscheduled and on-demand reporting; includes review and quality control ofreports.Reconciliation of fleet invoicing with accounting, fleet vendors and projectteams.Provide equipment solutions and issue resolution for project teams,including recommendations for type and maintenance of equipment.Facilitate the ordering of vehicles for team members and projects.Handle the Department of Transportation (DOT) registration and respond toDOT and driver inquiries.Participate in equipment facility safety program, including environmentalsurveys and responsibility for Mortenson's Zero Injury policy.Dispatch and scheduling of equipment deliveries, including logistics planning.Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds andorganizational levels.All other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities:Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skillsSuperior attention to detail and accuracyShown positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skillsAbility to assess and determine the priority of multiple customer needsWorking knowledge of purchasing/rental rocesses and proceduresStrong organization and planning skillsAbility to influenceActive listening skills and effective communication including an openness todiverse input and feedbackEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant experience or six years ofrelevant experienceExperience with billing softwareThis position requires the following with or without an accommodation;sitting, seeing, hearing, and utilization ofa computer and office equipment.
