Summary About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a Training Specialist responsible for developing and/or evaluating training materials for the Theatre Specific Individual Requirements Training. The work requires knowledge of training methods, techniques, and tools, to include knowledge of training developments in the field, in order to design and develop training courses and materials, evaluate training programs. This position is a Term Not-To-Exceed 13 months and cannot be made permanent. Responsibilities Evaluate and complete, full-length training modules or course units primarily in all or one of the commodities in the Theatre Specific Individual Assess the complete course and individual blocks of instruction for validity of material and doctrinal correctness Develop performance plans to evaluate work performance of subordinates. Evaluate work performance of subordinates to prepares ratings of record Design and develop training courses and materials, evaluate training programs, and/or complete various special projects.
