  Job Overview

  Position Schedule: Full-Time

  Do you enjoy customer service? Are you team-oriented? This critical role is part of the unique home office branch team dedicated to helping Edward Jones associates and their families achieve their serious, long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. This valued partner will support a multiple Financial Advisor branch in delivering client service excellence using your unique experiences and background.

  Instead of working in an individual branch, this role works at our Headquarters location with 9 other peers in the office. We have a very collaborative environment as we work together onsite Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 p m.

  What you'll do:

  Build relationships with the financial advisors, clients and associates

  Consider ways to compliment and contribute to the Financial Advisor's efforts

  Provide solutions in response to all incoming correspondence from clients

  Coordinate multiple associate education classes and programs

  Contribute to the success of HQ Investment Services by participating and supporting new initiatives, projects, or process changes

  Complete necessary training to stay up to date on the firms changes and regulatory information necessary for the job

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

  Hiring Minimum: $40895

  Hiring Maximum: $63295

  Skills/Requirements

  What you'll need...

  2+ years experience in operations and/or sales support position preferred.

  Strong customer service/administrative experience working in the financial services industry preferred.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Ability to respond and adapt to clients and peers with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence

  Ability to respond to written correspondence in a clear, succinct manner using correct grammar, spelling and format

  Organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and follow up appropriately to take issues to resolution

  Capable of working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new information

  Bachelor's degree is preferred

  Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
