　　Act as a liaison for transportation, operations, drivers, vendors, and customersLead and supervise transportation staff, including training and evaluating employee performance; recommend or initiate hiring, promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actionsPerform the routing, planning, updating and/or tracking duties of orders and shipments```{=html}

　　```- Complete the research and resolution of carrier performance and compliance issues- Track and trace shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate and satisfactory deliveries; provide updates, as necessary- Investigate and resolve issues submitted by customers, carriers and/or clients; provide follow-up and reporting as required- Correctly maintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file various documentation

　　What youll need to excel:At a minimum, youll need:

　　2 years of transportation or logistics experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications with ability to create complex formulas in ExcelItd be great if you also have:

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience```{=html}

　　```- 1 year of supervisory experience- Fleet management and maintenance experience- Experience in transportation management systems and telematics such as Omnitracs- Understanding DOT rules and regulations- Solid leadership and collaboration skills with experience effectively supervising, coaching, and influencing employees

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role).
