　　Job Summary

　　The Behavioral Health Inpatient RN supervisor is accountable for ensuring that all services are provided in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner that enhances patient, staff, and physician satisfaction.

　　The RN supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of patient care, collaboration with the care team throughout the unit, onboarding and mentoring of new employees, managing day to day operations, enhancing quality measures, education, and policy management specific to Behavioral Health Services.

　　The Nurse Supervisor is guided by professional nursing standards and will demonstrate effective leadership skills. Job responsibilities may include other duties as assigned by leadership.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Bachelor’s Degree is required.

　　1 -2 years of experience is required.

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration

　　Registered Nurse is required.

　　Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

　　Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) -NCI is required.

　　Work Schedule

　　Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

　　7:00 am - 5:30 pm

　　Occasional weekend

　　Occasional holiday

　　Occasional call time
