About Supervisor, Mental Health Evaluator

  ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of mental health evaluations and provide supervision to mental health evaluators within a specific program area. Serve in a significant leadership role for the department and hospital. As a senior clinician, provide mental health evaluations to children with, their families, and the community in a managed care environment. Lead in the promotion of culturally appropriate family-centered care and wellness of patients and families by identifying, interpreting, and reducing psychosocial factors contributing to illness. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals for staff. #LI-JS2RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.Minimum of two years experience providing direct treatment services to children and families.Required Credentials:Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Washington State, licensed in appropriate field according to degree (e.g., LICSW, LMHC).Preferred:Minority Mental Health Specialist designation.Experience with multi-system involved children with severe behavioral problems and/or developmental disabilities.Experience with the King County MHP and Washington State Mental Health WACs.Experience providing comprehensive intake evaluations with multi-axial diagnoses.Experience with evidence based practice.Min to Max Hourly Salary$48.91 - $73.36 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$101,732.80 - $152,588.80 /yrSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
