Job Description
A successful Program Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects, developing strategic goals for technology use and supply chain systems, driving initiative level technology projects, implementing, and managing cross functional projects, influencing and creating solutions to solve problems across planning and supply chain.
In this role, you will be responsible for the interaction with business partners and technical engineers in a cross functional environment in an effort to support varying degrees of mid-sized to XL programs and projects.
A day in the life…
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects within the supply chain systems and technology domain
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
Prioritize projects and programs based on strategic importance, resource availability, and business impact
Build, mentor, and manage technical and business project resources ensuring accountability for project deliverables
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, driving project deliverables and continuous improvement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Technology and Supply Chain Leaders, IT Technicians, and Senior Leaders
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing best practices, quality standards, and partnerships for UAT criteria
Oversee the testing and validation processes for supply chain systems and project deliverables

Key Qualifications
Proven experience leading coordinated effort to accomplish predefined goals
Proven experience in communicating clearly to broad and diverse audiences
Ability to translate technical requirements into plans
Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex supply chain technology projects
Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, including Warehouse Execution System (WES), Warehouse Control System (WCS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems, and related technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with varying project management methodologies (ie waterfall, agile)
Proficiency in project management software tools and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence
Stakeholder relationship management

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Seattle, WA - 130,000.00 - 201,500.00 USD Annually (depending on experience)
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
