Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Breman, Indiana
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the entire maintenance department with a clear vision for a value-added Maintenance Team with a strong focus on Reliability. This individual will be responsible for supervising and leading the Maintenance Team in such a way that promotes a safe, positive, productive, and engaged work environment as well as encourages total employee involvement. Will supervise and or support all aspects of maintenance including, but not limited to, workforce scheduling, spare parts availability, special projects, reliability of equipment, inspection process, preventive maintenance functions, parts ordering, record keeping, etc. Must have reasonable knowledge of complex mechanical and electrical repair procedures, mechanical drive trains and components, basic electrical systems, and plant infrastructure, i.e., boilers, air compressors, and process water systems. Expected to be flexible on schedule arrangements, including weekends. Must be able to work as part of the management team.
