Overview
As our Supervisor of Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help ensure that our healthcare facility provides a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Every day, you will oversee and manage the environmental services team, ensuring that they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. You will be expected to lead by example, coordinate cleaning schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in environmental services or housekeeping management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining a hygienic and safe healthcare environment.
CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Responsibilities
Supervises the activities of assigned employees including assigning work and inspection and correction if needed of work performed.
Provides coordination, support and training for the employees within areas of responsibility.
Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in housekeeping practices and procedures.
Enforces adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures and performs all aspects of employee discipline.
Assures adequate staffing patterns, communicates effectively to all facility staff, patients, and visitors, and practices all components of Service Excellence.
Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare cleaning preferred
HS Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision

Pay Range
$17.89 - $24.60 /hour
