　　Supervisor - Environmental Services at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA

　　Responsible for coaching, counseling and training of Environmental Services staff and Unit Support Assistants. Provides employees with proper tools and supplies to perform these duties. Supervises the activities of assigned employees to ensure a safe, clean orderly and attractive condition that meet JCAHO standards. Evaluates each employee annually. Takes an active role in the budget process.

　　Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business or related field -OR- equivalent related work experience

　　2 years of Supervisory experience

　　2 years of Housekeeping experience or work experience in a healthcare setting
