Aerotek on behalf of its client is seeking qualified A&P Mechanics with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Hiring asap.

　　Pay: $36 -42/hour based on experience, plus paid flight time, PTO, and paid holidays. +$5.00/hour while on fire contract, plus maximum GSA per-diem

　　Bonus: Once direct, 3 to 5%/year

　　Travel: Very minimal until fire season starts, then 75% travel June – Sept (est.)

　　Job Description:

　　Performing maintenance on firefighting aircraft for state and federal governments and agencies, including Canada and provinces.

　　Next generation CanadairCL-415 amphibious airtankers, Avro RJ 85 airtankers (Same as BAe 146)

　　Work Environment:

　　Off Season: Hangar maintenance, C checks, preparation for fire season.

　　During Season: Traveling with aircraft for 2 weeks, home base MRO in Spokane for 2 weeks (including 3 days PTO). Extensive OT during deployment.

　　Interview:

　　Phone interview with mx manager, visit facilityQualifications:

　　A&P License

　　Valid Driver's License

　　4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience

　　Must be open to overtime

　　Must be open to working in the field (travel)

　　Expertise in Avionics or Structures highly preferred
