  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  To ensure the service level agreements are on target.

  To work closely with stakeholders to identify loopholes and process gaps.

  To analyze, explain, and address the variance between current and target performance.

  To generate reports based on team deliverables and present them to management and counterparts.

  To plan, assign, and direct work to the employees in cooperation with the team leaders to manage workload and projects.

  To identify problems, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions using quality tools.

  To lead performance management, employee development, and employee engagement plans for the team.

  Who You Are:

  You are a forward-thinking, highly motivated individual who loves challenges and has an enthusiastic interest in process improvement. You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or any Engineering-related courses.

  At least 3 years of experience as a team leader handling multiple teams or supporting multiple functions and leading leaders as ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignments.

  Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities (i.e., operations management, employee performance management and development, customer management, etc.)

  General knowledge of a digital and global contact center and customer support and service functions.

  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.

  Strong knowledge of Oracle business systems (OSC, OFSC, CRM Cloud) and digital tools (call, email, chat, online store).
