  Job Description

  Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. This takes an Administration team dedicated to keeping everyday operations running smoothly so that we deliver the highest quality health care to our patients and their families. Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.

  As the Supervisor of Clinic Operations, you will provide essential oversight to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care at our clinics. In this role you will supervise and administer the day-to-day operations, including the oversight of patient care activity. You will be guided by the process of integrating organizational and clinic service philosophy and objectives. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and planning skills, who shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years progressive clinic operations experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, including a flexible approach, good planning, organizational skills, and follow-through. Customer service oriented and has the ability and desire to promote good interpersonal relationships.

  Preferred Qualifications: Current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license. Health care management experience. Budgeting and/or financial experience. Knowledge of International Classification of Diseases 10th edition (ICD-10) and current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding. IDX system application knowledge.

  Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

  Starting Hourly Rate: 31.78
