We have an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will support the Company's executive compensation strategy, plans, policies, and programs to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and external peers. You will: Provide support to executive compensation programs. Support all executive compensation activity, including market analysis, job evaluations, external hiring, internal mobility, and employment offers ensuring internal equity, market alignment and alignment to our compensation philosophy and principles. Facilitate data collection and analysis for executive compensation related materials in the annual proxy statement. Collect, analyze, interpret, and model compensation data to support decision-making. Develop strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. Manage the annual management incentive plan, non-qualified deferred compensation program, and the supplemental executive retirement plan (SERP) Develop robust communications and training materials. Participate in salary surveys. Serve as primary back-up to Equity Administration and Global Mobility Have high level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential matters. Key Qualifications: 2-3 years of HR or Finance experience Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, HR policies, and laws High level of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of legal environment as it relates to compensation. Financial and business acumen Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and modeling with large and complex data sets Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
