Job Description
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice, coined PMX Lift, in June 2021. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement.
PMX built out a new team across disciplines that is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Central Activation team added a new arm dedicated specifically to PMX Lift and servicing our agencies via activating ATV campaigns on their behalf.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Supervisor to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Your Impact:
Manage the execution of Advanced TV campaigns, including but not limited to:
Requesting and reviewing proposals from vendors
Collaborating with teams to identify and develop audiences
Sharing recommendations to agency teams
Activating buys in billing system
Tracking in-flight campaigns
Compiling and distributing reporting
Act as the connective tissue and develop/maintain relationships between all internal and external parties to set campaigns up for success
Keep campaigns on track by ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables, leading status calls and summary emails, and more
Identify areas for opportunity to improve and expand upon current procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience in media planning and/or buying within increasing level of responsibility within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
Familiarity with Addressable TV and CTV channels
Experience preferred with planning and/or buying with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
Experience with process building/workflow documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing individual to explain how plans were developed, what they entail, and how they are executed
Excellent relationship building and decision making skills with ability to think creatively
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and taking initiative on projects

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
