This position is ideal for a Master's level clinician or licensed nurse with a deep commitment to mental health care. Our facility focuses on individuals with severe mental illnesses, often accompanied by substance use disorders. We are looking for someone with a strong background in supervision to lead our dedicated team.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Overseeing the residential center's daily operations.Leading and mentoring a team of mental health professionals and support staff.Managing the implementation of individualized treatment plans.Ensuring the highest quality of care and strict adherence to treatment protocols.Resolving conflicts and handling crises effectively.Upholding compliance with all relevant regulations.Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders.Spearheading staff training and development.Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling and budget oversight.Qualifications:
