Description:

　　Our client is hiring a construction manager to oversee about 2-3 months worth of work on their renewable project at Catholic University. The candidate can come from a construction management or superintendent background and will ideally have experience overseeing civil construction scopes as that is the work currently being performed. They will be looking over the work that a civil subcontractor performs, be available to answer questions that they may have, take daily/ weekly progress reports utilizing Procore software.

　　Although this project at Catholic University has about 2-3 months worth of work left on it, our candidate could continue for a full 12 month duration if they are willing to follow the work going on in other parts of DC/ VA.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Oversee civil subcontractor, roughly 5-10 people on site. They are responsible for civil site work, including erosion and sediment control, bio retention processes, etc. (site wide stabilization efforts, seed bed preparation, seed planning, mulching/straw, ECP-3 erosion control blanket matting)

　　Our candidate having experience overseeing civil work in the past would be ideal

　　Provide Daily and Weekly progress reports using Procore software

　　Help to resolve any subcontractor issues that pop up as the main point of contact.

　　Communicate with supervisor with updates/ obstacles (this individual will be the sole point of contact for site matters and will communicate with the office based project management team)

　　Other duties as assigned.
