Maintains documentation of all workshops and resume activities provided and attended.Essential Job Functions

　　Record keeping of timesheets, evaluation spreadsheet, and correspondence with youth and parentsImplement weekly lesson and activities plansRevise plans based on student needs. Identify specific intended learning outcomes, which are challenging, meaningful, and measurable.Implement a variety of learning activities considering individual students culture, learning styles, special needs, and socio-economic background.Implement instructional activities, which foster the active involvement of students in the learning process.Provide instruction on safety procedures and proper handling of materials and equipment.Foster student responsibility, appropriate social behavior, integrity, valuing of cultural diversity, and respect for self and others, by role modeling and learning activities.Communicate effectively, orally, and in writing, with other professionals, students, parents, and the community.Provide accurate and timely information to parents, students, and CSNF Leadership team about the participation and behavioral performance of students.Demonstrate attention to punctuality, attendance, records, and reports.
