　　How you'll make an impact:

　　As a Photographer/Retoucher Intern at SiriusXM and Pandora, you'll play an integral part in the photography shoots and photo retouches weekly. You will assist the Associate Director of Photography, from photo shoots to retouching. You'll use the latest innovations in Photoshop and LightRoom plus support creative collaboration and ideation.

　　You will enjoy working on a diverse range of projects, and thrive in a fast paced environment in which you can continue to grow and expand your skill set. You are passionate about your work, and are eager to apply the same work ethic to projects large and small. You solve creative problems using strategy, handle occasional chaos well, communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.

　　What you'll do:

　　Point of contact for all questions about the scheduling of shoots throughout the week.

　　Edit in Adobe Photoshop and LightRoom

　　Assist in all shooting projects that come through to Studio

　　Know and learn lighting techniques

　　Determine desired image compositions

　　Post-Production workflow of photo shoots by organizing and archiving all shoots in database

　　Retouch, resize and enhance images using Photoshop

　　Schedule all shoots

　　Create and maintain a calendar of all projects assigned to SiriusXM and Pandora's Video/Photo department

　　Working with internal partners to make sure that the appropriate assets have been allocated for a request.

　　What you'll need:

　　Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.

　　Experience shooting on Canon digital cameras.

　　Strong Interest in or studying photography and/or design.

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

　　Prior experience in multimedia file structuring and organization on a large scale.

　　Experience editing photos in Photoshop and LightRoom.

　　Must present strong professional, interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.

　　Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

　　Media Management.

　　Prior experience in multimedia file structuring and organization on a large scale.

　　Strategic thinking and ability to creatively solve problems.

　　Excellent time management and organization skills.

　　Passion for music, podcasts, Pandora and SiriusXM is a huge plus!

　　At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $15-20/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
