As an intern on this team, you will be responsible for internal and external programs and products, that deliver exceptional experiences for entrepreneur, developer, and community collaboration. At a high level this means identifying the intersection of future opportunities, technical feasibility, business objectives and working with cross-functional teams as well as key stakeholders to deliver these opportunities.What You'll DoThe summer Intern will primarily work on our 2024 T-Mobile Accelerator program with a focus on proof-of-concept demos. They will leverage a variety of skills to deliver on all aspects of the T-Mobile Accelerator process from program operations to partner coordination and support.Responsibilities:Facilitates conversations and follow-ups for proof-of-concept projects, as well as reviews and feedback collection.Prepares and delivers product and experience demos.Assists with support, executing project objectives and coordinating resources.Helps with project reporting including general status, analysis, and presentations.Supports an environment and culture of collaboration that is focused on experimentation, learning, and developing forward-thinking solutions.Coordinates with peers and stakeholder teams on communication, promotion, and production for events.This position may work with companies and partners outside of T-Mobile.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business or EngineeringProduct/project management experience preferredAdaptable team player, with a forward-thinking entrepreneurial spiritDegree seeking - Business, EngineeringOrganized, adaptable and ready to learn togetherInterest in working with startups, entrepreneurs, developers, and related communities.Knowledge in startup methodologies, design thinking, development sprints and other commonly used tools.Understanding of rapid hypothesis driven testing methodologies and experimentation.* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States* High School Diploma or GED* Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year* Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position.
