　　What does our Internship Program offer?Key's Retail Banking Internship is a 12-week rotational program that provides interns an opportunity to work alongside our Bankers operating from a KeyBank branch. Interns will learn customer service, conversational banking skills, and how to create a great client experience while helping bring our Financial Wellness strategy to life. High-performing interns will have an opportunity to be considered for a full-time retail banking position as well as admission into Key's Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program after six months' employment.

　　Interns will be involved in a host of retail bank line of business specific work that directly impact and benefit Key's business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the consumer bank, an executive speaker series that will provide insight on Key's competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices. Interns will be provided with mentorship and will receive consistent feedback that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one's full-time career to Key post college.

The branch network is spread throughout KeyBank's fifteen footprint states and is aligned into 26 markets within six geographic regions and two territories.

　　Compensation and BenefitsThis position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $19 per hour.

　　KeyBank's Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to
