This role is for an empowered team member to promote efficiency and productivity in T-Mobile's four core HR systems, while accurately monitoring and maintaining HR foundational and employee specific data, including work authorization compliance. The individuals in this role regularly collaborate with other areas of the business, use their judgement and analytic skills to research and troubleshoot anomalies, minimize risk, and solve system errors and issues. The HR Data Analyst maintains their knowledge of HR governance and legislative requirements to protect T-Mobile's assets and ensure compliance.The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a get it done work style with subject matter expertise in HR Information Systems. HR functional experience with an understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
