Students graduating in Spring 2024 who are not accepted or enrolled for a new degree-seeking program after graduation will be rated ineligible. For qualification purposes, an academic year is computed as follows: To qualify for a Pathways Internship as a GS-03: Students must have completed one full academic year of post-high school study. To qualify for a Pathways Internship as a GS-04: Students must have completed two full academic years of post-high school study or have an associate degree. To qualify for a Pathways Internship as a GS-05: Students must have completed four academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree. Remain enrolled at least half-time to continue to be eligible for the Pathways Internship Program; and 5. If you are graduating after the closing date of this announcement, you must provide documentation of enrollment in another qualifying program to be eligible for this position. Program Completion and Conversion: This position is eligible for conversion to a permanent or term position. This is not automatic and is at the discretion of the employing office.
