　　Facility: St. Louis Job Corps Center

　　Location: 6388 Stratford Ave, St. Louis, Mo 63120

　　Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

　　What you'll be doing: Assisting in the administration of the behavioral management system, preparation of applicable reports and records as required in compliance with government and management directives.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Organize office operations and procedures for the efficient flow of work within the student personnel office.

　　Provide clerical support and data input for student personnel officer, including the maintenance of the incentive system awards data and discipline logs using center systems as required.

　　Operate computer, Email, and other office equipment as necessary; maintain calendar and schedule appointments for students, exercising judgment on priorities.

　　Maintain files on department records, cards, forms and correspondence sent, received and/or requiring further action; assure necessary confidentiality of information.

　　Provide assistance to students in regard to legal matters.

　　Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
