　　RESPONSIBILITIES:Install fiber optic EMT / ENT cabling pathways, CAT 6, and fiber, intofacilities following industry and company standards in commercial buildings.Test light levels in newly installed or relocated fiber in accordance withestablished procedures and company standards.Keep EMT/ENT/ PVC pathways secured while maintaining company and safetystandards.Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshootingfiber-optic and low voltage pathwaysAbility to lift approx. 60 pounds safely.Identify, track, and remove abandoned conduit pathways when needed.Be able to work in various environments including outdoors in varying degreesof weather working at heights on ladders or lifts, and in small, confinedspaces.Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scissor lifts whilefollowing industry and company standards. Ability to stand on ladders forperiods of time.Record time and materials used to use mobile and computer applications.Be willing to develop in-depth knowledge of National Building Codes andstandards in multiple markets across several states.Be willing to develop strong customer service skills.Aid outside market BSCT teams as needed.

　　Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $17.00 -$23.00 per hour depending on experience.

　　EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent.

　　EXPERIENCE:2-3 years of construction experience preferred but not requiredAbility to learn and grasp new concepts on the jobClean MVR to drive ALLO Communications vehiclesAbility to work overtime on a voluntary basis (overtime pay)

　　COMPETENCIES - SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:Bring a professional attitude, be self-motivated, and have a goal-orientedwork ethic.Good written and oral communication skills.Ability to travel outside of home market for extended periods of time based onproject and business needs.Valid driver license and good MVR driving record to drive company vehicles.Ability to learn to read site survey notes, blueprints, followdirections, and have good time management skills.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Display prompt attendance to work and scheduled job sites.Travel responsibilities will mainly be day travel.
