The Role As a Street OutreachWorker, you will be connecting with homeless individuals in thecommunity and providing resources. You will be a vital part of aclose-knit team that offers transformational services to clients in needexperiencing housing insecurity and possibly mental health and/orsubstance challenges in the community. About You A high school diplomaand 6-12 months of related experience, or a combination of education andexperience. Experience with patients who have co-occurring mentalhealth, substance use, and physical health problems is preferredFamiliarity with the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County Vaccinatedfor COVID-19 or willing to be.
