The Strategy and Project Manager Associate will work on the execution of strategic initiatives and other related tasks. The person will be in a high visibility role and will work extensively with Credit Risk and Business areas within the Private Bank.
Identify and monitor Stress related initiatives relative to new product offerings and clients integrated with the current portfolios; work with the integrated team to understand and resolve issues and escalate potential problems in a timely manner
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline, standardize and automate key processes to drive efficient process execution and convergence to strategic state solution; particularly as it relates to new product offerings and clients targeted for integration to the current portfolios
Experience in project management to lead deliverables through entire lifecycle
Assist with executive-level materials for Risk Leadership at various forums, committees, and management meetings to help drive Risk agenda and deliverables
Assist with a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development and business analysis
Provide other business management value-added support for the strategy and development of the Credit Risk function
Continuously challenge the status quo and provide innovative solutions to increase efficiency in Credit Risk-related processes
Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to generate insights through data and depict accordingly
Experience in Credit Risk Management, Reporting, or Business Management roles

Process streamlining through reporting, technology and analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized and inquisitive
Ability to produce thorough, accurate and timely work product
