JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: The Strategic Group Executive role isresponsible for financial growth and obtaining further brand recognitionfor Henry Schein\'s Medical Group, within the defined Midmarket CustomerSegmentation. The Midmarket Customer Segmentation includes Mid to Largesize Physician Group Practices, Outpatient Care Facilities, and EmergingSpecialty Markets with various ownership models. This position will bedirectly responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategichigh-level partnerships for company retention and growth withindesignated geographic region. In addition to retention and growth salesprocess, role will also be responsible for collaborating and training onmarket strategies with Zone Managers, Regional Managers, and FieldSales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifying, developing, and managingstrategic partnerships to grow business. Tracking and adding qualifiedopportunities to company sales pipeline portal. Responsible fornegotiating legal contract terms within company policies and directivewith regular communication to internal and external stakeholders. Makingand giving presentations to prospective customers and internalexecutives. Coordinating with company executives, sales, and marketingprofessionals to build a robust pipeline, capture accounts, sign newagreements, assist in implementations, and oversees transition to thesales and service teams. Monitors sales, gross profit, and overallhealth of partnerships and profitability for retention and growth ofoverall territory. Ability to give professional presentations toExecutives and support leadership roles to conducts new businesscapabilities presentations and existing customer business reviews. Willneed to comprehend and articulate customers Key Performance Indicators,Contract Compliance, and Financials for existing and prospectivecustomer agreements. Responsible for facilitating and aligning onimplementation of new business contract conversions, to ensure smoothonboarding of new business aligned with Customers, Zone Managers,Regional Managers, Field Sales, and thereafter smooth hand off processto field for day-to-day management ongoing.
