Job Summary: To manage and maintain the rentalbusiness by assisting the Strategic Account Manager and other divisionswithin Fabick Cat. Responsibilities: Assists and provides exceptionalcustomer service to Strategic Accounts. Answers all calls and respondsto requests for information on equipment from Strategic Accounts andassists them with their rental needs. Prepares rental contracts andensures all proper documentation and insurance coverage is obtainedprior to renting the equipment. Maintains equipment inventory andprocessing parts orders for Strategic Account rental equipment. Identifyand close additional rental purchases of product and services bycustomers. Engage in technical discussions related to the properequipment based on usage/need for each Strategic Account Remainknowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of allequipment being rented Manages Irents portal for Strategic Accounts.Ensures Strategic Accounts are meeting the billing requirements andfollowing the correct Accounts Payable process.
