　　In addition to a project that will provide maximum experience and exposure in your desired field, the Hologic College Relations team provides opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop the skills needed to succeed in your future career

　　Market Access develops and executes strategies that drive patient access to Hologic's diagnostic products with payers, federal agencies & professional organizations to ensure the right patient receives the right test at the right time.

　　Throughout the 10-12 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to learn the pillars of market access and develop a comprehensive assessment addressing coding, coverage, payment, guidelines, and policy/legislation across the Diagnostic portfolio.

　　We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:

　　Able to work full-time over the summer months (May-August)

　　Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship

　　Preferred majors: Business, Health Policy or Economics

　　Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0

　　Experience problem-solving, conducting insightful research, creating concise and impactful PowerPoint slides, and using effective written and verbal communication

　　Experience or exposure to working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

　　Ability to work onsite at our San Diego, CA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided

　　The hourly pay range for this role is $30 - $45 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
