Description:

Summary:

Park and retrieve vehicles for hotel/casino guests in a safe and efficient manner. Greet and welcome guests to the property, assisting them in and out of their vehicles, as necessary.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety

Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events

Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary

Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed

Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet

Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests’ keys are properly logged and secured

Assist with loading and unloading luggage for guests, as necessary

Ensure vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property

Work in the Key Booth as needed

Ensure property driveways are kept clear and clean

Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred

Able to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including both standard and automatic transmissions

Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions

Previous experience working in a team or group environment

Ability to write legibly on a consistent basis

Must be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Verify right to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license in your state of residency

10 year DMV print out

Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

Occasionally reach, climb, and squat

Frequently bending, twisting, standing, walking, running, sitting, and communicating via radio

Constant use of vision and hearing, and distinguishing between shades of color

Work Environment Potential Conditions

Indoor and outdoor

Smoky and noisy

Extreme hot and cold temperatures, including humidity

Slippery surfaces and exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases
