STORE SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE - Eugene/Central Oregon

　　$21-25 hr/DOE

　　The Store Solutions Representative will ensure that everything possible is done at each customer location to offer our customers the appearance and organization required by company standards in the most professional manner possible. Store Solutions Reps reset stores, implement planograms, adjust shelving, install shelf tags, and face product in addition to the duties and requirements below. * All travel is paid for by Harbor and may comprise 20% overnights on the road.  Harbor supplies a company vehicle. ***

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Reset stores, implement planograms, adjust shelving, and install shelf tags.Perform merchandising services at store level as requested and scheduled by RSM.Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and cleaning of product and shelves as needed.Rearranges store shelves or display areas as close to company approved planograms as possible, to improve sales.Monitors potential account problems at the store level and reports issues to the Territory Sales Manager/RSM.May place order for entire store (all categories.)May put away customers' order when necessary.Light sales of promotional book or contest involvement.Provide pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and rack implementation for all perishable and date-sensitive SKU's/categories.Increase sales and gross profit within assigned customer base.Maintain a safe work environment in the stores.Follow carefully the standards and organization in all sets of product as outlined by company standards.Sell products as appropriate.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Ability to read and write English.Must possess basic math skills.Strong customer service skills.Ability to follow written instructionsValid driver's license from the state of residenceEducation and Experience:

　　Customer service experience required.High school graduate or equivalent preferred.Experience in Merchandising.Sales and retail work experience preferred.Physical Requirements:

　　This can be a physical job requiring occasional lift/carrying of 20-50 poundsFinal candidates will be required to pass a drug, criminal background check and MVR check for insurance purposes while on the road for Harbor even though a company vehicle may be used for this position.
