JobResponsibilities: Answering phones Mailing distribution Givinginformation to callers Greeting schedule visitors and informsappropriate person of their arrival Making copies of invoices andcorrespondence Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, includinge-mails and faxes All billing of government, national accounts, andaccounts receivable/collections Performing any other clerical duties asrequested by supervisor Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook Strong communication skills, bi-lingual in Spanish aplus Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills and abilityto multi-task Customer Service skills PhysicalDemands: Regularly lift,push, or move 10 pounds Largely a sedentary role Ability to talk andhear in order to effectively communicate with internal and externalcustomers and co-workers Regular use of hands and arms in traditionaloffice environment That\'s the promise which Pomp\'s Tire Service hasmade to its employees.
