STEM Aspire Mentorship Program

　　What is it?

　　STEM Aspire is a mentorship initiative that links female university students with mentors from Dell Technologies. Its objective is to inspire and empower dedicated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) students, encouraging them to pursue fulfilling careers in the technology sector. This encompasses potential areas such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, IT Management, and related fields.

　　The program will run from April till September 2024 , all events are mandatory for program completion.

　　What are the Benefits:

　　Gain the chance to collaborate with a mentor and participate in regular meetings to deepen your comprehension of the IT industry

　　Connect and network with accomplished women at Dell Technologies and fellow mentees

　　What are the qualifications?

　　If you are a female student currently pursuing studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), willing to participate in a mentorship program that includes online and onsite training sessions , and fully committed throughout the program's duration (6 months).
