　　Steel-Fab is currently looking to add a Steel & Aluminum Fitter/Fabricator to their team!  As a Steel & Aluminum Fitter/Fabricator, you will work to align and fit component parts to assemble fabricated metal products.  This position requires that you have your own tools.

　　Reads blueprint specifications to determine assembly sequence.Requisitions equipment such as jigs, base blocks, and rigging, and assigns equipment to workers according to work performed.Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.Sets up machines and equipment.What the successful Fitter/Fabricator will have:
