　　Responsibilities

　　Support the System Analysts and Development team on programming, application design, implementation, documentation and maintenance using agile approach or other system development methods

　　Perform desktop and web applications development for internal and external clients

　　Perform various tests along the development stage, e.g. integration test and system test

　　Conduct product evaluation, troubleshooting with sound professional judgment

　　Comply with the team lead’s instructions on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions

　　Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

　　Qualifications

　　Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or related disciplines

　　Familiar with Web development or Mobile development using modern technologies / javascript frameworks

　　Familiar with programming tools and databases such as PostgreSQL / SQL Server

　　Capable to perform development by using react.js / node.js / python / .Net / Java

　　Hands-on experience in GIS (Geographic Information System) programming is an advantage

　　Good technical and analytical skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

　　Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

　　Passionate about building and delivering quality software

　　Candidates with two years relevant experience will be considered for the position of Analyst Programmer .
