　　The Steam Generator Technician willprovide steam generator field services at remote operating nuclear power plants and service center operations, utilizing high technology service equipment and in a manner reflecting Westinghouse's commitment to the highest level of quality.

　　Your Day to Day:Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot steam generator field service equipment at customer sites, using but not limited to cleaning processes, NDE technology, robotic systems and computer networks. Perform Service Center support functions including service equipment maintenance and check out, equipment and facility decontamination, equipment packing and unpacking, shipment preparation, material handling and calibration activities.Set up and connect control boxes. Direct the running of cables and staging equipment.Lead the installation and set-up of sludge lance equipment.Operate the sludge lance trailer and system.Troubleshoot the equipment and processes associated with secondary side services.When required, perform FME monitoring in accordance with approved procedures.

　　This position requires extensive travel (50-70%), maintenance of "Unescorted Access" status, and working with hazardous materials.

　　Who You Are:High school graduate or the recognized equivalent. Specific knowledge and training in electrical, electronic, or mechanical curriculum as required as well as knowledge of algebraic formula.0 years related experience; machining experience is a plus. 2+ years preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for formal education.
