As a Statutory and Tax Specialist, you will deal with all tax related matters and ensures all related compliances are met and in line with most up to date direct or indirect tax acts, rules and regulations, facilitate tax audits, communication with tax authorities and ensure internal controls in the process and GL reconciliations.

　　Your role:

　　Tax audit and compliance:

　　Responsible for the preparation of different tax audits (Documents and reports preparation).

　　Responsible for the process of collecting exempted tax certificates.

　　Keep effective communication and up with department of accounting operation in tax authority.

　　Keep effective communication and follow up with seizure department in tax authority.

　　Follow up with different appeal stages on audit results.

　　Respond to different tax authorities’ requests.

　　Tax filling and reconciliation:

　　Support in the preparation of different tax returns (CIT, VAT, payroll, WHT and stamp tax) and handling of tax authority portal and e-Invoicing portal.

　　Co-work with accounting team in the monthly reconciliation of tax accounts on the ERP (SAP) Vs different tax declarations.

　　Support in preparing different tax provisions.

　　As a part of Finance team in Cairo, you will be reporting to Statutory and Fiscal Accounting Manager.

　　You're the right fit if:

　　6-8 years of experience in different tax types.

　　B.A degree in accounting or relevant majors.

　　SAP ERP experience preferable.

　　Good knowledge of Tax laws and IFRS.

　　Acting with a high level of responsibility and self-discipline.

　　Multitask with willingness to improve and rotate.

　　Ability to work under pressure and to break down issues into their essentials.
