　　The successful candidate will be joining a highly qualified and skilled team of various trades that reports directly to one of the two Facilities Plant Engineering Supervisors at the South Nashua NH Facility. The facility consists of seven connected buildings totaling approximately 500,000 SF on 86 acres. These buildings consist of manufacturing, engineering and support functions with 2000 employees supporting 24/7 operations.

　　As a member of the Facility Maintenance Mechanicteam,you will be supporting the NHQ facility working on a broad range of tasks. These tasks include carpentry, sheetrock repairs and maintenance, flooring installs and maintenance, suspended ceiling installs and maintenance, door and lock installs and repairs, light moving and rigging, snow removal and other duties as required.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent and at least 5 years of general maintenance or construction trade experience.

　　Candidate should have experience and be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:

　　Metal framing

　　Carpentry

　　Sheetrock installs and repairs

　　Painting

　　Doors and locks

　　Suspended ceiling installs and repairs

　　Light moving and rigging

　　Snow removal

　　Carpet and vinyl flooring

　　General computer skills

　　General grounds maintenance

　　Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

　　Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.

　　Candidate would be required to be part of our on-call response rotation

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　General Maintenance support of electronic manufacturing laboratories

　　Support of ISO Class 5 8 clean room laboratories

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $62810 - $100540

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
